Stator Cooling Kit for all Onewheel Stators

This kit fits Future Motion GT, GTS, GTXL. We are working on a version for the XR and Pint. Stay tuned for those!

This kit consists of a stator heat exchanger/insert and our Version 2 Axle Wedge. The stator insert pulls heat from the stator laminations and provides a much better thermal path to the axle. Once the heat is in the axle, our Axle Wedge takes over and similarly provides an increased heat flow path out through the end of the axle. We use 6063 aluminum for the stator insert due to its better heat conducting properties.

(for even greater cooling affect, use our Ice-Block heat sink axle carriers with this kit).

An added benefit of the Axle Wedge is increased axle strength on the left side of the axle which is prone to bend or break with hard use.

This kit requires thermal paste such as HY700 or similar. We recommend 20 grams for the stator insert and 10 to 20 grams more for the Axle Wedge. We are sourcing this now (as of 1-15-26). If your kit arrives without this paste, you can order it from eBay or Amazon. It is readily available in small quantities.
